This policy explains how Run Ads handles information collected through this website.

Enquiries

When you contact us, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email, website and message. We use them to respond and discuss services. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list.

Service providers

Our website and enquiry storage use Cloudflare. Enquiry email notifications use Resend. These providers may process information outside Australia. If you book a call, Calendly collects your booking details under its own privacy policy.

Analytics and session recordings

When you allow analytics, we use Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the website is used. Clarity can record interactions such as clicks and scrolling. Form fields and enquiry responses are masked. We do not deliberately send your enquiry contents to our analytics tools.

You can select essential-only use or change your choice through “Cookie choices” in the footer. Declining analytics does not prevent you from sending an enquiry. Changing your choice stops future recording and analytics loading. Data already recorded may finish sending; changing your choice does not erase data already collected.

Security and spam prevention

We use Cloudflare Turnstile and request checks to help protect the enquiry form. Cloudflare may process device and request information for this purpose. Access to enquiry records is restricted to operating and responding to the service.

Access, corrections and questions

For questions about your information, access, correction or deletion, email we@runads.com.au. We keep enquiry information for as long as it is needed to respond, provide services and meet applicable obligations.
